BODYARMOR is looking for a Commercial Finance Intern to join our team.

As a BODYARMOR Commercial Finance Intern you will work with Commercial Finance Leadership and our Sales Team to assist in tracking trade spend budgets and providing analysis to explain spending and sales volume results. You will also assist in accurately managing multiple vendor relationships, from receipt to payment. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, strong excel skills, and is an adaptable, team player.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern driven meetings, final project presentation, weekly workshops, and attendance to our annual summit in New York.
  • Learn internal planning tool ‘The Huddle’ and assist in the management of trade spend and promotional budgets with your Commercial Finance Manager(s) and the field sales organization.
  • Assist in the month-end reconciliation of budget versus actual spending and provide analysis of results to Business Planning Leadership and Profit Growth Management.
  • Assist in ensuring the timely closing of trade spend accruals.
  • Work with your Commercial Finance Manager(s) to propose forecast recommendations to various customers and distributor partners on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate management of multiple vendor relationships, from receipt to payment.
  • Work on enhancement initiatives for BODYARMOR’s planning tools and support additional ad hoc projects as requested, such as providing additional performance insights using NielsenIQ.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in finance or accounting on track to graduate no sooner than December 2025.
  • Previous finance and/or sales experience in CPG (beverage) preferred
  • Strong analysis, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Passion for understanding the Sports Hydration category
  • Position requires hybrid in-person attendance

Monthly Compensation

$3,400-$6,700 dependent on job and degree type
