Junior Product Manager (f/m/x)

In the role of Junior Product Manager, you will support the development and execution of new features that enhance the user experience and drive the growth of our platform. By collaborating with the Product, Engineering, and Founders’ teams, you will contribute to shaping the product roadmap and ensuring our platform evolves to meet customer needs as we scale and expand into new markets.

You will have an impact on:

• Assisting in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer feedback.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and improvements.
• Conducting market research and gathering user insights to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Managing the product development lifecycle, including writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Monitoring the performance of product features and using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring clear and effective communication of product priorities and updates to stakeholders.

What you will add:

• You’re an enthusiastic individual with 1–2 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• You have a solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working with tools like Jira or Trello.
• You’re skilled at writing clear, concise user stories and translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• You’re analytical, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• You excel at communicating and collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
• You bring a customer-centric mindset and are passionate about creating products that solve real problems.
• It’s a plus: if you have experience with user research, A/B testing, or basic wireframing tools like Figma or Sketch.
