Job Description
Provide support to the Senior Administration Manager and collaborate with the Administration team to ensure the planning, organizing, executing, training, and monitoring of all activities in compliance with procedures, local regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, EHS policies, and security standing orders / code of business conduct.
Principal Duties
- Monitoring horticulture staff.
- To ensure high standard housekeeping at the plant’s premises.
- Waste management and transport management.
- To ensure pest management.
- Timely update all administration SoPs.
- To ensure timely training as per Master training schedule.
- To comply with code of business conduct.
- Maintain positive employee relations atmosphere.
- Any other work assigned by the Manager.
Knowledge, Education, And Experience
- Must have sound knowledge & technical expertise about Administration.
- Bachelor’s in administration management; preferably Masters.
- 3-4 years’ experience in relevant field
