Job Summary
The Consumer Recruiter will support the CIC team by identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified Consumers-in-Love (CiL) for various product research and development projects. This role involves managing recruitment campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and building a robust consumer database to ensure effective collaboration and feedback.
Job Responsibilities
Recruiting Consumers-in-Love (CiL):
- Identify and recruit qualified consumers matching the target audience profiles for projects.
- Build a database of potential CiL for future projects.
Testing Session Support
- Assist the CIC (Consumer Innovation Center) team during in-field testing sessions in stores and other locations.
- Help coordinate logistics for testing events.
- Ensure smooth execution of concept, product, and packaging tests.
Information Collection
- Gather consumer feedback during testing sessions.
- Record and organize data accurately for Category Managers to analyze.
Collaboration
Maintain clear and open communication with the CIC team to align on recruitment goals and testing requirements.
