Q is growing and so is our HR team and we are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast paced multidisciplinary start up, to take a role in scaling up our company.

In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies aligned with our company’s goals and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring journey with transparency and professionalism.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in-house, preferably in a start-up company
  • Proven experience in tech recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Highly collaborative, communicative and great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills and positive can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable with communicating in English (written and spoken)
