Responsibilities
- work out yearly digital media communication strategies with clear and aligned objectives, establish proper media and content matrix to cover consumer journeys, support brand and business growth.
- support line manager to create, develop and utilize social media & digital presence for strategic brands, lead digital communication plan and execution
- set up a yearly digital content calendar, dynamic manage and optimize contents/ads to optimize performance.
- Identifying right platform to invest and grow, plan and monitor digital presence, the necessity of having presence at designated platform
- Work closely with E-Commerce sales team to keep all info on the same page, achieve better performance across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs), improve conversion rates.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate commitments.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years digital marketing experience with an international lifestyle brand/home appliance brand
Solid digital media experience from consumers goods environment, social media content generation or ecommerce marketing experience is a plus
Good strategic thinking as well as digital planning, writing skills
Strong commercial marketing sense and be insightful on consumer understanding
A high degree of personal presence with good networking, influencing and communication skills
Good negotiation and strong social skills
Objective and result orientated/Priority setting and follow up/Good time management
