About The Job

As Talent Business Partner, you will support the HRD in the development and implementation of the ANZ talent attraction & development strategy for our Office and Retail teams. You will partner with the Function Heads and Retail Leaders to develop both internal and external strategies and practices to enable Louis Vuitton to attract, develop and retain the highest calibre of candidates and employees for our business. We are looking to sustain an outstanding experience for all talent that interacts with our Louis Vuitton brand.

Job responsibilities

Recruitment

  • To provide strategic, end to end recruitment to the business ensuring Louis Vuitton recruits talented and high performing candidates in the most engaging, candidate centric and innovative way.
  • To develop attraction strategies that effectively target candidates for key positions; Store Managers, Team Managers, Experts, etc.
  • Track recruitment spend and reduce recruitment costs due to effective usage of job platforms eg LinkedIn
  • To work closely with HRBP’s and Store Leaders, to proactively monitor FTE budget, and leverage/optimise on FTE opportunities to enable sufficient store coverage and maintain client experience.
  • Source and develop collaborative partnerships with external educational institutes, schools and universities to develop an external pipeline of talents and potential future retail leaders.
  • Identify improved and more effective methods for Talent Acquisition ie Volume Recruitment Drives to optimise recruitment opportunities
  • Monitor and manage the effective use of the Talent Connect Attract recruitment platform.
  • Ensure the Global LVMH Talent KPI’s are achieved.
  • Consult and provide regular talent market feedback and competitive information to senior leadership team

Proactive sourcing and Succession Planning

  • Partner with Heads of Functions to ensure robust succession planning and retention risk checks are in place for key roles.
  • Proactively market map, to build and maintain a talent database of both office and retail candidates as a source of future talent pipelining and competitive data benchmarking.
  • Contribute to leadership reviews to proactively manage business needs especially for store leadership roles.
  • Develop strong relationships, processes and frameworks with the global Louis Vuitton Talent Community to proactively identify and support mobilities.

Development & Training

  • Develop and conduct regular recruitment training for all management population
  • Update and manage all recruitment resources, eg Job Descriptions, Interview Guides, Volume Recruitment Assessments

Candidate Engagement

  • Develop and maintain effective, inclusive and updated job advertisements
  • Identify new ways of engaging talent and conduct regular surveys for feedback on candidate experience
  • Identify and develop accessible job applications that encourage and enable diversity through our hiring methods
  • Ensure all touchpoints of the recruitment process are managed effectively and regular communication with candidates is maintained
  • Work collaboratively with Retail Learning, Store Managers and HRBPs to ensure new starters are onboarded and inducted effectively and in line with brand values
  • Conduct regular new starter check ins to complete their onboarding experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers and Senior Leaders to improve employer branding ie consult and help develop individuals influence on social and business channels ie Linkedin

  • Ability to understand and align talent acquisition strategies with our business goals. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficient in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and strategies. Ability to analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Experience in developing and promoting employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Experience in implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement in recruitment processes and practices. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
