Head of People – HR Tech Startup

Our client, an innovative and fast-growing B2B SaaS company based in Bangkok, Thailand, is looking for a Head of Human Resources to drive their global HR strategy and operations. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a dynamic, people-centered culture.

In this role, you will get to:

Lead Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s ambitious growth plans and align with its mission to innovate the recruitment process.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and learning initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent across all functions.
  • Drive performance management and engagement strategies to create a culture of accountability and continuous development.

Oversee Office and Operational Management

  • Maintain a collaborative and efficient office environment that enhances employee experience and productivity.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities, payroll, and HR systems, while ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and optimize office processes to support the company’s scaling needs.

Collaborate with Leadership and Stakeholders

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate HR strategies and key initiatives to stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency.

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Extensive HR leadership experience (8+ years) in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally within tech, SaaS, or multinational organizations.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy development, talent management, and employee engagement frameworks.
  • A deep understanding of Thai labor laws, with additional experience in BOI processes considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage global mobility programs, including visas and work permits, ensuring compliance and smooth processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration.
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a high-growth environment.
