What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cost analysis and report building
  • Accurate key entry of all receiving documents
  • Audit time-entries for accuracy with field operations personnel and Sub-Contractors
  • Email daily progress reports to field team
  • Check-in previous day installation packets
  • Receive of all inbound products to the operating system
  • Provide administrative support to a vibrant operations team
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager

What You Should Have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with excellent time management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

Compensation And Benefits

The hiring compensation range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
