You will be responsible for the facilitating scrum practices in the planning and execution of projects for the team. This position will work closely with DevOps and Factory product management, development team, and various departments to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum practices and teams.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Manage projects and collaborate using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Maintain communication between the Product Manager, development staff, and leadership updating them on project progression, issues within the team and process, and/or the Agile process progress.
- Track development performance and improve team processes.
- Guide teams to higher Scrum maturity.
- Lead team in brainstorming, root cause analysis, or similar problem-solving techniques to assist in resolving issues, crafting solutions, or defining process improvement.
- Provide coaching on Scrum/Agile processes and offer feedback to individuals and teams.
- Offer servant leadership for product launches and portfolio management of projects across multiple scrum teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be able to work Pacific Time hours.
- State government project experience is required.
- Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master (CSM or CSP).
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to facilitate User Story development and coach Product Owners on best practices.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present technical information to business units.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Strong communicator able to identify and clearly communicate the impact of risks, timeline and scope to key business stakeholders and multiple levels of leadership.
- High-level knowledge of software engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps tools with the ability to learn on the job.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in agile processes and methodologies, as well as software development project lifecycles.
- Proficient and experienced with multiple project management and team collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in driving concurrent and complex projects within a matrixed organization.
- Not afraid to raise issues and influence change while being comfortable with situations of ambiguity, conflict, and uncertainty.
- High level of energy and engagement.
- Experience working with and coaching a Technical Product Management organization.
- Solution oriented mindset creative use of technology and alternative approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to high quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Enthusiasm to learn new technologies, and ability to do so quickly, on the job.
- Professional demeanor and comfortable working with executives and leadership.

- Currently live in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time zone.
