Key Responsibilities:

- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders, track shipments, and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
- Inventory Monitoring: Maintain inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor pricing trends and recommend cost-effective purchasing solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure that all purchases align with company policies and quality standards.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and services.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
