Responsibilities

Join our team to build a cutting-edge UI design platform. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CS Specialist to join our team. Below are the key responsibilities of this role:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and document solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product functionality.
• Maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a CS or product management role
• Strong command of English for effective communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated self-starting and supportive team spirit
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and tools
