This role will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, providing administrative support and creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and professional
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Maintain and update contact information, calendars, and other relevant data
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Respond to general inquiries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements or other tasks as needed
  • Ensure the security of the reception area, including monitoring access and logging visitors
  • Other duties as assigned by the office manager or department heads

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
