Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Manager to lead and manage school admissions processes while driving lead generation through Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to attract prospective students, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management:

  • Develop and implement an effective admissions strategy aligned with school goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end admission process, including inquiry handling, counseling, and enrollment conversions.
  • Build rapport with parents, students, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively guide them through the admission process.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor lead quality and admission targets.

BTL Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Design and execute BTL campaigns such as roadshows, school fairs, door-to-door visits, seminars, and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with local communities, corporates, and residential associations for promotional partnerships.
  • Manage promotional events, ensure timely distribution of marketing collateral, and track campaign performance.
  • Identify high-potential catchment areas for student enrollment and implement location-specific marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements to optimize ROI.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
  • Supervise and train admission counselors on effective communication and lead conversion techniques.
  • Provide regular updates to management on admission metrics, lead quality, and marketing outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years in school admissions, marketing, or a similar role. Proven experience in BTL marketing is essential.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns.
