• Preparation: Preparing expense reports, PowerPoint presentations, and catering for meetings.
• Office Supplies: Ordering office supplies and managing stock.
• Printing Skills: Managing printing tasks and overseeing stationery supplies.
• Equipment: Handling office equipment.
• Vendor Management Skills: Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to ensure favorable terms with vendors and service providers.
