Warehouse Assistant
Job Description
Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leader in logistics and relocation services, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining the quality of our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Handling: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials in the warehouse.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Familiarity with inventory software and equipment operation.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications: Forklift license is a plus.
