Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with 1 year of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, assist in medical procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a hospital or clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patients’ conditions.
• Medical Procedures: Assist in routine procedures (IV insertion, wound care, etc.), ensuring safety and sterile techniques.
• Monitoring: Observe vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to the medical team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
• Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control practices and ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on their treatment plans and health management.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM /ANM
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
