HR Recruiter
- Overview:
Responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ultimate goal is to build a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
- Prepare and manage interview schedules with hiring managers
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process and onboarding of new hires
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms
- Excellent understanding of recruitment and hiring laws and regulations
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to use technology to streamline recruitment processes
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring
- Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or equivalent certification preferred
