Job Description
Project Management:
- Lead ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish project timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
- Implement inventory control measures, including cycle counting, stock adjustments, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Customers to optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance.
- Generate regular reports on system utilization, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment metrics, and other relevant data.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for operational enhancements.
Operation Finance support.
- Responsible for communicating the cash collection plan between customers and the finance team.
- Generate the monthly breakdown for each customer and communicate the date with the finance team.
Requirements 2. Experience:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP system administration, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
