Job Description

Project Management:

  • Lead ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish project timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
  • Implement inventory control measures, including cycle counting, stock adjustments, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Customers to optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance.
  • Generate regular reports on system utilization, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment metrics, and other relevant data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for operational enhancements.

Operation Finance support.

  • Responsible for communicating the cash collection plan between customers and the finance team.
  • Generate the monthly breakdown for each customer and communicate the date with the finance team.

Requirements 2. Experience:

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,
  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP system administration, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
