Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Social Worker (Female, MSW qualified) to join our team. As a fresher, you will work under the guidance of senior social workers and program managers, supporting a variety of social services aimed at improving the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent MSW graduates to apply their academic knowledge and gain hands-on experience in the field of social work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide emotional support, guidance, and counseling to individuals and families in need. Address clients’ mental, emotional, and social needs through interventions and referrals to appropriate services.
- Case Management: Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans for clients. Monitor progress, document case histories, and follow up with clients to ensure continuous support.
- Community Outreach: Engage with local communities to understand their needs, raise awareness of available social services, and advocate for vulnerable populations. Help in organizing community events, workshops, and awareness programs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other professionals such as psychologists, healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs to deliver a holistic approach to client care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, interventions, and outcomes as per organizational standards.
- Advocacy: Represent the interests of clients in meetings with service providers and authorities. Advocate for social justice and equality, especially for marginalized groups.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Participate in data collection and analysis to assess program effectiveness. Assist in preparing regular reports on case progress and program outcomes.

- Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
