Job Responsibility

Training & Development –

  • Plan, develop & manage the onboarding, induction & training program for academic talent ensuring a seamless transition & learning for job readiness.
  • Curate learning & engagement content for in-house LMS, conduct soft skills training sessions for staff members as and when required.
  • Prepare & publish performance reports of training participants on timely basis.
  • Design Content & Develop training programs as per need analysis (TNA).
  • Discuss & understand training needs (TNI) by closing working with concerned authorities like Regional Heads/Regional Director.

Employee Engagement –

  • Conduct Focused Group Discussions & Employee Monthly Connects to reach out to internal & external customers, establish connect, understand their concerns & identify gaps to enhance the offered services.
  • Formulate & host Cultural Awareness Program to establish a healthy & value-driven work culture within the team.

Desired Qualification & Skill Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Induction Training & Soft Skill sessions.
  • High energy, collaborative attitude, ability to develop & maintain strong relationships.
  • Creative thinking, problem solving & enterprising work style.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools like Camtasia, Canva, Powtoons will be an added advantage.
