We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager for our property in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Jeddah is a bustling city known for its rich history, beautiful beaches, and vibrant culture. It is a prime location for both business and leisure travelers, making it an exciting and dynamic place to work.

Position Overview:

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will lead a team of dedicated staff and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of all hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and maintained
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, and develop strategies to improve profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance guest experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury property
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and systems
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
