Education Solicitor

Citizens Advice Gateshead is looking for a dedicated Education Solicitor to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice, casework, and advocacy on a wide range of education law issues.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate or be eligible to apply for a practising certificate. Training specific to this service will be provided as part of the role.

What you’ll be doing

As Education Solicitor you will take on client work that makes a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged clients. You will deliver specialist education law advice, casework, and advocacy to provide the best possible outcome for clients.

We are looking for someone who will manage their own caseload, maintain accurate case files, and support the wider team in providing advice and casework.
