ACCOUNT DIRECTOR ROLE.

The Account Director leads the success of their account by driving exceptional client results, coordinating ADDO’s internal team and processes, and building trusted relationships with each client.

You’ll do this by being obsessed with:

  • Building deep-rooted relationships with purpose-driven clients.
  • The success of each client in the account.
  • Industry trends and outside perspectives.
  • Intimately knowing the leaders, business, challenges, priorities, and target audiences for your account.
  • Winning, scoping, and executing remarkable work.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for serving others.

WHAT YOU’LL DO.

  • Steward client satisfaction, management, and communications.
  • Reach revenue & profitability goals for the account.
  • Build a growing opportunity pipeline for the account.
  • Set and manage reasonable client expectations.
  • Work cross functionally with the broader Creative Consulting Team to ensure excellent work product.
  • Lead the client in each engagement for the account (scope, schedule, and profitability).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.

  • At least 5 years of experience managing clients for creative or strategy-focused projects.
  • A proven track record in professional services environments, such as: consulting (especially with a focus on customer/employee experience), brand strategy, or experiential marketing. Bonus if you’ve worked with complex foodservice or retail clients.
  • A passion for turning data into actionable strategies—you’re experienced in marketing measurement and optimization.
  • A process-oriented mindset, capable of mapping out complex scopes of work and detailed project timelines.
  • Compelling communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A natural problem-solver and self-starter who loves making things happen.
  • An insatiable curiosity about evolving culture trends.
  • A love for scrappy, resourceful environments where initiative, creativity, and
  • adaptability are required.
