Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scaling up production trials and supporting product commercialization.
  • Support thermal process reviews and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Collaborate on product redesigns to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and update formulations as needed.
  • Work with engineering teams to implement new equipment and processes.
  • Support quality control and provide data analysis for internal/customer requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Preferred 2+ years in food product development or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and adapt to changing project priorities.
  • Must be comfortable tasting various food products, including those with allergens.
