Events Coordinator

Summary: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and creative Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for early career professionals with a passion for marketing and event planning who are ready to take on diverse challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging consumer events that showcase our product technology and usage
• Coordinate with parks, communities, tournaments, schools, HOAs, and local businesses to organize impactful events
• Collaborate with local sports teams, conferences, and events to create memorable brand experiences
• Work closely with Partnership Marketing to fulfill contractual agreements and create supporting assets
• Engage with wholesale account constituents to drive foot traffic and enhance customer experience
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget tracking
• Develop creative solutions to optimize event impact and attendee engagement

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative mindset with a knack for innovative event concepts
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand promotion
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Compensation$50,000.00/year
