Job Title: Customer Service + Admin Specialist – 100% remote

Schedule: M-F, 9-6PM Pacific Time

Salary: $900 – $1200/month

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in customer communications and promotions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and analyze reports on customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, ideally within the eCommerce or luxury goods industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
