About The Role
Position Overview
The Michael Long Learning and Leadership Centre aims to support and empower Indigenous youth through dedicated leadership and educational programs, encouraging school engagement and personal growth. The MLLLC programs are delivered to students from remote Aboriginal communities across the Northern Territory through structured strength-based and two-way learning model.
As a MLLLC Programs Assistant (casual) you will support the delivery of our program curriculum and activities during our residential camps in Darwin.
Job Profile
- Support the delivery of our programs and activities during residential camps.
- Involvement in program activities to support and encourage students’ engagement.
- Engage and inspire students from remote Aboriginal communities to continue their education, sporting, and employment journeys.
- Undertake operational tasks, such as setup/pack down of facilities or equipment.
- Provide assistance to Programs Lead and/or Coordinator, as required.?

Mandatory
- Working with Children’s Check or ability to obtain
- Current NT Drivers licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
