Wood is seeking a Contractor Compliance Administrator to support the team in Houston. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant on-boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner to ensure service delivery levels are met. Ensuring on-going administration/screening compliance of the contingent workforce for the duration of their assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full on-boarding support to hiring managers, contingent workers and the wider business
  • Obtain and check screening documents, including, but not limited to, insurance policies, eligibility to work etc for all new starts
  • Once fully onboarded, create and issue contracts
  • Conduct second checks to ensure any discrepancies are detected and rectified
  • Create and raise contracts
  • Carry out annual audit checks to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Process leavers, ensuring all necessary actions are taken
  • Upload documentation as required
  • Work within and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Good standard of education – previous administration experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work
  • Prioritise work and manage day-to-day workload
