About The Role

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s immigration and recruitment operations by ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating, editing, and sending fee agreements to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Managing and maintaining data within the software management system, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
  • Creating, reviewing, and managing invoices for clients, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Managing job applications, formatting resumes, and coordinating documentation in the database.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven track record as an administrator, effectively managing a range of administrative tasks.
  • Superior organisational and time management skills, proven ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Familiarity with software such as Migration Manager and Xero will be highly advantageous.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
