Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
The receptionist will serve as the initial contact with staff, suppliers, and visitors. The candidate will provide support for the front desk reception area operations, and provide clerical and administrative support for the daily operation of the office and assigned office personnel.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED. Requires 1 or more experience years administrative and/or office experience. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Good customer service skills, verbal written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
