Hyundai of Dallas seeks an enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist with a magnificent work ethic to greet customers and assist our sales team with their growing book of business. The Receptionist will be the voice and face for our dealership; therefore, this individual should be detailed, professional, and have effective communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls and greets showroom customers.
• Determines the customer’s needs and directs the customer to the appropriate department and staff. The Receptionist reports incoming messages promptly.
• Provides correspondence, reports, and other business documents to the sales department and management.
• Inputs customer demographic information into computer systems and uses tracking methods established by the dealership.
• Aids in various administrative tasks relating to the dealership business.

Employee Prerequisites

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
