Associate

Responsibilities

The associate will play a very important role within the team, working closely with senior team members and analysts to facilitate business development and advisory activities for the group. Responsibilities beyond the ones listed above include, amongst others:

• Full-time position.
• Support team leaders and analysts in the execution of projects with clients.
• Lead and manage one project at a time with the support of analysts.

Qualifications

• Interested in developing experience in sustainability applied to the world of finance.
• Coachable professional with good “business sense” and energetic/dynamic and motivated by the prospect of building a company.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player. The job is mostly remotely with a distributed team in different geographical locations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish are required. Portuguese or French is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, International Relations, Sustainability, and others), preference for candidate who has completed (or is in the process of completing) a Master’s Degree or MBA in a related area.
