What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Accountant at GigRadar, you’ll be an integral part of our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You’ll handle a variety of accounting tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a remote and supportive work environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Payment Processing: Classify and prepare data for incoming and outgoing payments.
• Documentation Management: Handle invoices, statements, contracts, and other accounting documents.
• Team Support: Respond to incoming accounting requests, providing timely and efficient assistance.
• Bookkeeping: Accurately record transactions in QuickBooks, including bank activities, accounts receivable/payable, and other accruals.
• Settlement Calculations: Calculate settlements with contractors and partners.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Junior Accountant with a passion for numbers and attention to detail. Whether you’re a recent graduate or a student pursuing an accounting degree, this is your chance to grow in a supportive, remote-first environment.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance (students welcome).
• Language Skills: Fluent in Ukrainian (or Russian) and an upper-intermediate level of English.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, logical and search formulas).
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency: Skilled in using a PC; experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks is a plus.
• Experience: Prior accounting experience and recommendations are an advantage.
