As our Senior People & Talent Partner, you’ll draw on your broad generalist experience to perform a hybrid role that will challenge your ability to work strategically, operationally and across multiple competing priorities.

As People Partner you’ll work with our global GTM leaders (circa 10 stakeholders) driving our commercial teams performance and JobAdder’s growth. For People Experience you’ll manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our UK and NA geos (circa 45 employees) with a knack for continuous improvement and experience optimisation. As Talent Partner, you’ll deliver 360 recruitment solutions for all hires across the UK and NA geos.

This is an exciting opportunity to balance hands-on work with strategic impact in a remote-first environment.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in an SME SaaS tech environment
  • Proven expertise as a 360° recruiter with a focus on GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) roles.
  • Deep knowledge of UK employment legislation; experience supporting remote global teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and challenge leaders to achieve great outcomes
  • Resourceful and proactive, with a passion for creating a positive and engaging people experience.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
