Your Impact
Reporting directly to the private equity operating partner, the President will lead the company into its next phase of growth. This role involves driving revenue through strategic sales efforts, strengthening existing operations, and identifying new market segments. The President will work closely with a strong middle management team, including two executive chefs, the head of HR, and the head of customer service, to ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- General management experience with full P&L responsibility for at least five years.
- Proven ability to drive growth, with a focus on expanding services and acquiring new customer segments.
- Experience managing operations in a logistics or manufacturing setting, preferably with perishable goods or time-sensitive delivery models.
- A strategic mindset, thoughtfully pursuing growth while balancing healthy, sustainable practices.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, approachable management style that fosters trust and collaboration with team members at all levels.
- Customer-centricity, ensuring impeccable experiences and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- The ability to identify and act on opportunities with a bias for action, solving challenges effectively while maintaining urgency.
