Sales Operations & Executive Support Lead

Location: India, Singapore, or Middle East (Work Authorization Required)

We’re seeking an exceptional individual who combines strategic sales operations expertise with high-level executive support capabilities. This unique role directly supports our CEO while driving sales effectiveness through operational excellence and data-driven insights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive sales operations efficiency using HubSpot, managing pipeline analytics, and optimizing sales processes
  • Build and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and executive reports using Excel and HubSpot
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide strategic support to CEO and company leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive communications
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives, including reporting automation and implementation of AI tools
  • Create and manage sales content and marketing collateral
  • Serve as the operational bridge between executive leadership and the sales organization

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years combined experience in sales operations and executive support roles
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
  • Expert-level proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot Sales & Marketing Hub
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Must be based in India, Singapore, or Middle East with valid work authorization
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones
