Reports to: Food Service Manager
Job Overview
The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs the job responsibilities in such a way that all of the products that are made are of high quality and the customers that are served are completely satisfied.
Essential Job Functions Include, But Not Limited To
- Ability to control and utilize safely and correctly; i.e. the sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer (must be 18 years or over), the sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, different types of knives, can opener, pastry brush, scales, microwave, speed oven, Espresso machine, toaster oven, island oasis machine, Broaster, pizza oven, bread oven/proofer, coffee makers, etc.
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through and to clean products
- Ability to count, separate, and weigh all types of food products and to inventory items
- Ability to Shakerboard by working outside holding a sign (must be 18 years and over)
- Ability to operate cash register, computer, facsimile, and other basic machines and equipment
- Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, reach with arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to enter and work in a cooler at a temperature of 40 degrees for up to 30 minutes
- Ability to respond appropriately in an emergency or hazmat situation
- Follows company quality, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Prepares high-quality products consistently by following recipes, specifications, and procedures as described in the training materials and as shown on the station job helpers
- Displays the proper image as outlined in the orientation and training handbook and/or as directed by management
- Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management
- Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff and by government agencies
- Follows Corrigan Oil Co. Food Service policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Training Handbook and/or as directed by management
Preferred Qualifications/Experience/Education
- Ability to read, understand, and write the English language at the 8th Grade level
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to understand and follow direction and instructions
