Commercial Construction Superintendent

The incumbent will work with a group of talented professionals that support our executive team, business developers, operational leaders, and project teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The qualified Project Superintendent will be on-site full-time and will be responsible for the day-to-day direct oversight in the field. These activities include coordinating all field activities with respect to all subcontractors, materials, equipment, safety, quality, schedule adherence and inspections.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Developing and Maintaining schedule of all subcontractors
- Ensuring each scope of work on project is completed per scheduled completion data
- Inspection preparation
- Subcontractor procurement and contracting
- Shop drawing and submittal process
- Proven track record of delivering projects to owners on time and within budget
- Implementation and constant compliance with Safety Program
- Safety plan implementation, quality assurance plan implementation
- Customer satisfaction and overall project team relations
Qualifications:
- College degree in relevant industry or equivalent work experience
- 7 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read and understand prints
- Advanced level of experience in construction industry software
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
