Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide regional technical support in Europe, responding quickly with technical solutions through service portals, remote diagnostics, and onsite support.
- Conduct regular regional visits, organize meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners and headquarters to continuously improve regional technical capabilities.
- Organize and deliver onsite technical training for new product launches, level training programs, and on-the-job training programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Collect and report information on typical fault trends, latest and critical faults, and promote prompt resolution of quality issues.
- Develop and release technical notices and typical technical repair case studies.
- Manage regional special events, providing timely onsite support with quick solutions, technical research, and analysis as per stakeholder instructions.
- Respond promptly to special event management requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English. Chinese is a plus.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- New Energy Vehicle (NEV) technical background is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to China.
