We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating information as needed.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate team members or supervisors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
