Job Summary

Autism Spectrum Interventions (ASI) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our HR operations, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and implementing policies and procedures that support a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Conduct performance management and provide coaching and support to staff.
  • Foster a positive working environment that supports high employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee an HR team of 3-6 people and a Talent Acquisition team of 3-5 people to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an operational or administrative capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge if applicable].
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
