Job Overview

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with great interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service to work as an Admin Assistant over several sites within the locality.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will be required to have good typing, organisational skills and willingness to learn. All applicants should possess good levels of communication skills and understand professional behavior and patient care. Good IT skills and experience working within an admin role are also essential. Previous experience of work within healthcare and with similar IT systems is advantageous but not essential.

The role is interesting and varied where candidates require good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, relatives and other staff groups, both by telephone and in person. We’re looking for someone who is able to work under pressure , as well as provide friendly, compassionate service to patients.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in an administrative/reception role
  • Previous experience working as part of a team
