Full-time Receptionist (option for Part-time)

Privately-owned Allergy and Asthma practice is seeking a friendly, organized and professional full/part-time receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy practice! We are unique and provide personal patient care, building relationships and trust with our patients. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails and inquiries efficiently
  • Verify insurance information and process payments
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the healthcare team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure
  • Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
