The Role You’ll Contribute

The Organizational Learning Project Manager will work in a team environment to drive and support learning within the organization. This position is responsible for planning, leading and managing multiple projects related to the implementation of Dynamic Learning Community’s projects. The Project Manager must ensure all stakeholders are engaged, projects are completed per the project management schedule, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required This position requires the ability to work in an inclusive, objective, and collaborative manner by establishing positive work relationships and partnering with other Dynamic Learning Community teams, internal and external stakeholders, workgroups, or committees.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

• Supports the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and Organizational Learning executive leadership with management of departmental projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, summaries, and other materials for governance meetings, project reviews, and other presentations.
• Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing of projects in order to achieve the project objectives.
• Ability to utilize standard tools, techniques, and processes for the integration, scope, schedule, and quality of projects.
• Prepared project charters and communication plans.
• Direct, manage, monitor, and control project work.
• Identify and sequence project activities and estimate the timeline for each activity.
• Develop, control, and track project schedules.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with COE teams and other learning leaders that contributes to the success of departmental projects.
• Ensure detailed project documentation is maintained including meeting minutes, change requests, status updates, action items, and project reports.
• Creates communication plans that highlight the goals and outcomes of Organizational Learning projects.
• Identify and document opportunities for efficiency, process improvements and best practices.
• Support AdventHealth’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives

Qualifications

Education And Experience Required

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business or healthcare, matrix environment
• Minimum of 3 years experience and/or training in project coordination and management
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with strong PowerPoint presentation skills and ability to illustrate concepts visually
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Executive-level presentation skills

Education And Experience Preferred

• 3 years experience healthcare
• Experience in consulting
• Continuing education and/ or experience in project management, organizational development, business

Licensure, Certification, Or Registration Preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications or Change Management
