Who You’ll Work With

You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our dynamic experienced professional recruitment team.

You’ll lead a team of 2-3 Delivery Assurance recruiters in the delivery of recruitment and strategy setting for the team. You will be leading the exciting expansion of the Delivery Assurance consulting team, one of McKinsey’s newest and fastest growing divisions.

Operating across Public and Private sectors, Delivery Assurance helps organizations execute transformation programs in a time of accelerated change. We have a diverse team of consultants from industry and consulting backgrounds who coach and empower clients on longtail transformations.

What You’ll Do

You will lead the recruitment delivery for delivery assurance roles across the EEMA region and creating and implementing strategies to achieve hiring needs, including the oversight of awareness building and attraction activities.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate regional processes end-to-end including application analysis, assessment and cultivation. You will drive improvement initiatives for Delivery Assurance recruiting efforts, with a keen focus on diversity and bringing exceptional talent to the community.

You’ll partner closely with McKinsey Partners across the Middle East to scope out hiring requirements and advise and align on best fit recruiting strategy, using your industry experience and market knowledge to define approach.

You’ll use your keen eye for data management, navigating our systems, and ensuring regular and reliable reporting to leadership and recruiters within your team.

You’ll build networks with recruiting peers across the Middle East, and beyond. You will connect for knowledge building and best practice sharing, strengthening your global network and contributing to cross-team projects. You’ll partner effectively with our recruiting support teams to ensure a streamlined interview experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house or recruiting agency, ideally with exposure to professional services hiring
  • Recruitment event management experience highly desired
  • Prior experience leading small teams of recruiters, and helping to define recruiting strategy with senior leadership is required
  • Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic recruitment environment
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate comfort with ambiguity
  • Deep knowledge of modern recruiting skills, with a strong sourcing toolkit
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic a strong advantage
