  • Proven ability to develop high-quality graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital content.
  • Experience in creating compelling visuals for presentations, reports, and project concepts.
  • Knowledge of brand identity creation and maintaining consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong expertise in designing and optimizing graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to create infographics and visual content that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in designing signage and promotional materials for events, exhibitions, and property launches.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and specifications for various marketing materials.
  • Awareness of design trends, technologies, and competitor activities to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D rendering or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the real estate market and consumer behavior in the property development industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to translate design concepts into impactful visuals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creaive ideas to enhance marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or the property development industry.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) ad other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in marketing, branding, and property-related campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback, and focused on achieving shared goals.
  • Passionate about design, innovation, and delivering exceptional results.
