Responsibilities
Design and implement the annual OT Trade Marketing Calendar to achieve business and brand objectives
- Support the development and implementation the Way to Market of new product launches or relaunches and support Commercial Strategic plan through instore activation programs
- Brief advertising agencies for designing In store activation programs and lead the implementation
- Prepare monthly promo directions & ensure Mktg/Sales alignment
- Present trade marketing initiatives & promo effectiveness in monthly Sales Meetings
Support the design & evaluation the Annual Value Calendar
- Close monitoring of competitor’s promo/pricing & in store activation
- Propose promo volume allocation
Lead process of design & implementation of all instore visibility projects as well as tools & p.o.p material, support tailor made initiatives.
- Develop,secondary displays & rack placement per category per type of store
- Brief suppliers for designing sales tools ( Racks, p.o.p material) to support for in store activation programs , tailor made activities & new product launches
- Evaluate current & propose new innovative adding value Sales tools ( racks,p.o.p material, sales organiser etc.)
- Coordinate the purchase & distribution of Sales tools & p.o.p material to timely support Sales Dpt
Support Revenue management strategy with promotional performance assessment
- Propose pack solutions to meet Shopper needs , address occasions and hit key price points
- Promo Post – evaluation ( effectiveness , profitability , NRR) to course correct PP stategy
Allocate and control the annual OT Trade Marketing Budget
- Propose budget allocation per brand /initiative & maximize spending effectiveness
- Budget monitoring & reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Unlock cost efficiencies at instore promotions, PoP materials
