Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage executive schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle confidential information and prepare reports.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Organise and maintain files and records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications And Experience

  • Education: Grade 12 required; additional secretarial or administrative qualifications preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience or similar
